How Not to Show a House

A couple of years ago when we were looking for a new house, I had the pleasure of going through one house where they had no concept of keeping their house nice for potential buyers. Note to prospective home sellers: when you're showing a house you want to sell, be sure that your slacker son is not sleeping in his room in the middle of the day.

I wonder if they ever sold that place...
